Booking and deposit

By placing a booking at us (the host or his/her representative), you (the main guest), and your booking party (guests) agree to the terms and conditions below.

A reservation can be made by phone or e-mail. When we have reached an agreement and you have transferred 30% of the total amount to us, the reservation is final. The remainder of the payment must be paid in cash on arrival.

Your room will be available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. However, if you may arrive earlier, you are more than welcome. In such a case, you can park your car at us and enjoy a welcoming drink. On the day of departure, you must leave before 12:00 noon. Do you want to check out later? Please ask for availability well in advance. Be aware: a surcharge of 50% of the room rate applies for late check-out.

  • The stated prices include breakfast, bed linen, towels, use of shampoo, shower foam and hair dryer;
  • Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in your room or on your terrace, unless otherwise agreed;
  • Bookings are from a minimum of 3 nights;
  • Towels from the room are not to be used at the pool. You can rent a bath towel for €4.00 for use at the pool;
  • It is not allowed to bring or consume your own drinks or food in and around our B&B, unless you have made an appointment with us concerning this. You can use the outdoor kitchen and BBQ, ask for our conditions. Ordering food/takeaway meals from local entrepreneurs is allowed;
  • In the lounge bar there is a list with your room number where you can note your use of drinks and snacks from the bar;
  • Use of pool is entirely at your own risk. Casa Rural is not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Children must always be supervised by an adult and/or be in possession of a swimming certificate;
  • Swimming pool opening times are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and for hygiene reasons, pre-showering is required;
  • It is not allowed to bring glassware to the swimming pool. At the bar you can find plastic glasses for use by the pool;
  • The use of (soft)drugs, in whatever form, is under no circumstances allowed on our site;
  • Allowing third parties to our location is not allowed;
  • Pets are not allowed;
  • Parking is at your own risk, and;
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged property;
  • If you have booked a treatment at Spa Regina, you must pay for this immediately after the treatment;
  • Our Wi-Fi network is very limited so make sure you possess over a sufficient mobile plan yourself.

Cancellation, invalid deposit & non-arrival conditions

Guests who want to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Prepaid deposits come with the following conditions:

  • Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival date = full deposit back;
  • Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival date = 50% refund of the deposit;
  • Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival date = No refund given + the full reservation amount;

Please note: only in case of a COVID-19 related situation (such as health problems, perimeters or flight cancellation) travel dates can be changed up to 7 days or more before the date of arrival. Prices may deviate from the booked dates. This is related to the availability of Casa Rural and the corresponding night rate. No refunds will be given.

Non-arrived guests, who for any reason are not present, will lose their deposit and will be owed the full amount of the booking. It is recommended that guests who book take out appropriate holiday or cancellation insurance.

Damage and lost property

Unfortunate situations can always occur during your stay. In such a case, report damage right away to prevent worse. The damage will be charged to the main guest. This includes breaks, spills, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. If a key is lost, €25.00 will be charged.

Our right to cancellation

We always reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation or refund if any of our conditions are violated.
